RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

At Anzish Collections, we want you to love your outfit as much as we do. If something isn’t quite right, we are here to help.

30-DAY RETURN & EXCHANGE WINDOW

We accept returns and exchanges within 30 days from the date your package was delivered.

  • Store Credit / Exchange: Preferred method (Free of cost).

  • Refund to Original Payment: Available, minus original shipping charges.

ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA

To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following conditions:

  • Unworn & Unwashed: The item must not show any signs of wear, alteration, or damage caused by the customer.

  • Tags Attached: All original Anzish Collections tags must still be attached to the garment.

  • Original Packaging: Returns must include the original packaging and poly bag.

  • Hygiene Sensitive Items: For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on earrings, bodysuits, lingerie, or face masks unless faulty.

FINAL SALE ITEMS

The following items are Final Sale and cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded:

  • Items purchased during "Flash Sales" or "Black Friday/Cyber Monday."

  • Custom-made or altered pieces.

  • Gift cards.

HOW TO START A RETURN OR EXCHANGE

We’ve made the process quick and paperless:

  1. Log In: Visit [www.anzishcollections.com/returns] and enter your order number and email.

  2. Select Items: Choose the items you wish to return and the reason for the return.

  3. Choose Method: Select whether you want an Exchange (size/color) or Store Credit/Refund.

  4. Print Label: Download and print your return shipping label.

No printer? No problem. You can request a QR code to show at your nearest [Courier Partner, e.g., USPS/Purolator/BlueDart] drop-off point.

REFUND TIMELINE

Once we receive your package, please allow 3-5 business days for our quality check team to inspect the item.

  • Approval: Refunds will be credited to the original payment method.

  • Banking: Depending on your financial institution, it may take an additional 5-10 business days for the funds to appear in your account.

Note: Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

WRONG SIZE? NEED A DIFFERENT FIT?

If you ordered the wrong size, we offer one free size exchange per order. Simply follow the return process above and select "Exchange."

If the size you need is out of stock, we will automatically process a refund or store credit (your choice).

DAMAGED, DEFECTIVE, OR WRONG ITEM

We quality check every item before it leaves our warehouse. However, if you received a defective item or the wrong product, we sincerely apologize.

Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at [support@anzishcollections.com] with:

  1. Your Order Number

  2. A photo/video clearly showing the defect or mismatch.

We will cover all return shipping costs and send a replacement immediately (or issue a full refund if the item is unavailable).

INTERNATIONAL RETURNS

At this time, Anzish Collections does not cover international return shipping costs. We recommend using a tracked shipping service, as we are not responsible for lost return packages. International returns are eligible for store credit only (shipping fees deducted).
